What's in it, and what isn't

Magnesium chloride in a rich cream base, with a light cooling agent. Full ingredient list:

Magnesium Chloride: The primary active compound used for topical absorption to help soothe muscle tightness and discomfort.

Water (Aqua): The main solvent base.

Arnica Montana Extract: Added to help ease swelling and localized soreness.

Boswellia Serrata (Frankincense) Extract: A botanical extract commonly included to support joint and tissue comfort.

Menthol & Camphor: Active agents providing immediate cooling and sensory relief upon contact.

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) & Pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6): B vitamins added to support skin recovery and soothe inflammation.

Essential Oils & Fragrance: Essential oils such as Peppermint Oil and Tea Tree Oil for scent and skin-soothing properties.

What's not in it: no salt solution, no alcohol, and menthol kept deliberately low enough for the cool, not enough to sting. Fine on dry skin, and fine on legs you shaved this morning.

If a magnesium product has ever burned you, that was salt meeting a dry skin barrier. It wasn't the product being strong.

Frequently asked questions

I've tried magnesium spray and it burned. Will this?

It shouldn't. The sting from sprays is salt — magnesium oil is magnesium chloride dissolved in water,
and on dry or freshly shaved skin that's essentially brine. This is a cream base with no salt solution and
no alcohol. If it does sting you, stop using it and email us for a refund.

Will it get on my sheets?

No. Give it about ninety seconds to absorb and your skin is dry to the touch. We tested it with a white
pillowcase and there was no residu.

Does magnesium actually absorb through skin?

Honestly — that's debated, and researchers disagree about it. So we don't build our claims on it. What
we'll tell you is what you'll feel: it cools on contact, it rubs in without grease, and it leaves your legs
feeling lighter and cooler. If that's not worth $37 to you, we understand

How long until I notice something?

The cool arrives within seconds — that part is immediate. How your legs feel at the end of a day takes
longer for some people than others. Most know within three or four nights.

How big is the jar, really?

120g / 4.23oz — about the size of a small face-cream pot. It's in the first photo, in a hand, so you can
see it properly. Used nightly on both calves it lasts around five to six weeks

Can I use it if I'm on medication?

Ask your doctor first. It's a cosmetic cream applied to the skin, but we're not in a position to advise on
your medication and we won't pretend otherwise.

Is this the same as the ones on Amazon and Walmart?

No. We only sell direct, which means every jar is new stock from our own shelf. A lot of the complaints
you'll read about creams in this category — arriving old, gritty, unsealed, half empty, mouldy in the lid
— are marketplace stock problems, not formula problems.

What if it just doesn't work for me?

Email us and we'll refund you. Keep the jar. We won't ask you to ship anything back and we won't put
you through a form.

Two minutes, tonight.

Not a cure. Not a transformation. Just something cold and quick at the end of the day, and legs that feel
lighter when you get into bed.

If it doesn't do that for you, you've got sixty nights and you keep the jar.
